About Pleroma Property Investments Pty Ltd

We have a simple business philosophy. We are in business to create beautiful and healthy living environments. We also wish to address through innovative building technology, development philosophy and delivery methodology, some of the most pressing social issues of housing affordability and environmental sustainability. Our approach is “bottom up”: an innovation driven approach through the pursuit of excellence in our craft and in our professional practice. The pursuit of excellence is the primary driver, the pursuit of profits secondary. We believe development excellence will be recognized and will bring reward enough to enable the business to grow and indeed, become a movement that will filter into all market segments. That is our vision for the future of property development – a means of fixing that which has been broken – site by site. We believe that if we create great living environments, the profits will follow.
