About PlugSquad

Build Your Own Engineering Team in India — Without Losing Control PlugSquad helps global startups and scale-ups build tailor-fit engineering squads in India that operate as a fully embedded extension of their core team. India offers extraordinary engineering talent, but the real challenge is scaling offshore without losing control of product delivery, engineering quality, or company culture. PlugSquad solves this by helping companies design and build dedicated squads aligned to their architecture, technology stack, and domain needs. These are not outsourced developers or shared resources. Each squad is purpose-built for the partner and operates as part of their organization — following their engineering standards, development practices, and delivery roadmap. Partners retain full ownership of: • Talent selection • Technology stack and architecture • Product roadmap and delivery priorities • Intellectual property and engineering culture PlugSquad builds the operational foundation required to scale engineering in India — including recruitment, compliant employment structures, payroll, infrastructure, and operational management. Our squads support modern technology platforms including: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Large Language Models (LLM) Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) Platform Engineering & Distributed Systems DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering Data Engineering & Analytics Platforms Security & Compliance Engineering Full-Stack Development (Python, Java, C#, .NET, MERN, MEAN, LAMP) Mobile Platforms & API Ecosystems Enterprise Architecture, Video Platforms, AR/VR We also prioritize domain alignment when assembling squads, ensuring engineers understand the industry context behind the technology.
