About Pluriversa

We are a Latin American consultancy fostering ecosocial transitions by helping to understand complexity, coordinate collective action, and turn ideas into concrete actions. We join forces with organizations, communities, and place-based actors to unlock the imagination and the potential for change toward more plural, just, and regenerative systems. To do this, we work across three dimensions: sensemaking, coordination, and materialization. 1. Systemic Analysis and Foresight. We help organizations understand the complexity of their context, identify dynamics of change, and build strategic direction in the face of uncertainty, expanding what is perceived as possible so they can act with clarity. 2. Participation and Governance. We create spaces where diverse actors can come together, build trust, think and create better together, and shape more legitimate and effective forms of coordination in response to human and political complexity. 3. Design to Make Change Happen. We translate understanding, agreements, and strategy into concrete actions for change that can be launched, tested, and sustained in real-world contexts, making transition possible in practice.
