Keeping Football Journeys Alive Every year, thousands of players are released from football academies. Most continue training like professionals, but without funding, structure, or visibility, many fade from the game they love. PLYAZ exists to change that. We’re a football platform and community designed to help released and semi-professional players stay visible, get supported, and keep their dreams alive. PLYAZ extends existing club frameworks; helping clubs and player-care teams maintain contact with alumni, track welfare outcomes, and celebrate player success, without replacing trusted systems. What we do: Enable verified player profiles, transparent funding, and a supportive network of players, fans, and mentors. Provide ways for players to fund their journeys, showcase their commitment, and stay connected to football. Support clubs by ensuring their investment in player development continues—even for those outside the academy system. PLYAZ is a partner, not a critic. We're here to keep football journeys alive, long after the final academy whistle.
