PM Oh! Utilizing a thoughtful, diligent, and results-oriented planning and execution approach, and rooted in best-practices to assure projects are delivered on time, in budget, in scope, and with quality outcomes that meet or exceed the key organizational and project objectives. • PMO as a Service (PMOaaS): PMO implementation and support for companies where project management is a core function of the business, but who struggle with a consistent, predictable, repeatable, and data-driven processes and tools for project identification, prioritization, and execution in support of the strategic alignment, business value, and efficiency. An outsourced PMO model allows an organization the flexibility to scale up or down as needed and is a cost-effective option for optimizing delivery rapidly.
