Emerging from pManifold’s work in mobility and energy transition advisory, evACAD was established to address the growing need for industry-ready capability across clean mobility, new energy technologies, and decarbonisation pathways by bridging academic learning with real-world implementation experience. Working in partnership with leading institutions, including IITs, IIMs, and NITs, evACAD brings together academia, industry expertise, and applied practice to strengthen workforce readiness across the evolving clean technology ecosystem and decarbonisation pathways. Our initiatives span the full talent lifecycle, from diploma, degree, and postgraduate pathways for early-career professionals to executive and industry programs supporting organisational capability development and leadership transformation, enabling workforce readiness across mobility systems, hydrogen, energy storage, power infrastructure, and net-zero implementation.
