About PMG Funds

Securing financial freedom for New Zealanders. With a track record of stability, continuity and performance, we value growing relationships as much as we value growing returns. We invest alongside our clients, sharing both the risks and returns, so our directors and team have skin in the game too. That’s what we mean when we say, We’re Invested. Founded by Denis McMahon in 1992, as a specialised property management service for owners of commercial and industrial properties, he was one of the pioneers of the property syndication industry, with his first commercial syndication in 1994. With over 28 years of history, PMG truly is the sum of our parts – our people and properties, but most importantly the people who’ve invested their trust in us. We have third-generation customers who trust us to grow their wealth because we did right by their parents, and their parents before them. It’s well-known that no one cares for your property and possessions as much as you do. That’s why we don’t outsource property management services. Our team are some of the best asset and facilities managers in the country, proactively looking at how to add value to properties (your investment) and ensuring they are maintained and cared for just like your family home. Now that’s adding value. We live and breathe property. It’s the expertise, talent, and passion of our people that has enabled us to thrive through multiple economic cycles and natural events, servicing all aspects of property investment and management.
