About Pneuma Counseling & Neurofeedback

Pneuma Counseling & Neurofeedback practices state-of-the-art approaches including Neurofeedback, EMDR, Lifespan Integration, & other brain-smart, trauma-informed therapies. When creating your treatment plan, we incorporate various curriculums and trauma-informed, brain-based therapies to help you see significant changes not otherwise achieved. Clients can often significantly resolve anxiety and depression in as little as three months. Pneuma specializes in "accelerated-trauma-informed" therapies to address PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Sleep disorders, ADHD, Autism, ADD, Seizures, Mood Swings, OCD, Addiction, Chronic Pain, Hyper-vigilence, Migraine Headaches & other brain-based issues. I am passionate about integrating clinical scientific practices with spiritual Biblical understanding to heal through a holistic trauma-informed lens. I work with individuals who have been wounded by spiritual and narcissistic abuse in the church or at home. My graduate education includes a degree in Ministry & Leadership from Western Seminary & an MA in Counseling from Multnomah University. I have 5 post-graduate certificates in 1.EMDR, 2.Neurofeedback, 3.Lifespan Integration, 4.Genesis Process, 5. Foster and Adoption therapies (from Portland State University) along with over 450 post graduate continued education hours. I use a Biblical approach when requested. Schedules are typically pretty full due to the volume of inquiries for these modalities, but please visit our website to fill out our "contact us" form to begin your healing journey. Because clients are in therapy for shorter periods, we periodically have openings. We also offer neurofeeback therapy for clients who are working with other clinicians.
