POCKET CARD CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the provision of financial services. The Company has two business segments. The Financial Service segment comprises three divisions. The comprehensive credit purchase brokerage division issues credit cards to credit-certified members, who could use the cards to consume in the Company’s affiliated stores, and it would make bulk reimbursements to the stores afterwards. The individual credit purchase brokerage division facilitates the product purchase and service provision to customers under contracts on a case by case basis, regardless of credit cards, and the Company would make bulk reimbursements to the stores on behalf of the customers. The financing division provides loans to its members via credit cards issued by the Company, it also provides financing services to unspecified consumers. The Others segment is engaged in the operation of insurance agency business.
