About Poettker Industrial Services

Poettker Industrial is a women-owned business founded in 2021 by Kimberly Luitjohan, an industry veteran with 20 years of experience in construction finance and management from an award-winning commercial and utility infrastructure contractor. After the sudden passing of her father and mentor, Kim knew she wanted to carry out her father’s legacy and family’s passion for construction. From this dream, she started Poettker Industrial Services. The firm specializes in general contracting and self-perform services with a vision to build relationships with the country’s most well-respected companies to help them achieve their construction initiatives. It provides safe, quality, and sustainable solutions to clients in the Utility, Infrastructure, Industrial, and Commercial markets.
