About Pohjola-Nordenin Nuorisoliitto | Pohjola-Nordens Ungdomsförbund

Pohjola-Nordenin Nuorisoliitto / Pohjola-Nordens Ungdomsförbund (The Youth League of the Finnish Norden Association, PNN) promotes and encourages international cooperation between young people in the Nordic countries. This cooperation creates possibilities for friendships, openness and understanding between young people in the Nordic countries. PNN is a non-governmental and non-profit, non-party-political youth organization. We have local divisions in all parts of the country and sister organizations in all Nordic countries. Other youth organizations are also part of PNN. Together we work to get the voice of youth heard. Nordjobb (www.nordjobb.org), a Nordic summer job exchange program, has been administrated by PNN since 1985. For over thirty years, Nordjobb in Finland has established relations with employers in Finland and ensured that the summer work experience of hundreds of young Nordic persons in Finland has been unforgettable and unproblematic. We are also responsible for the secretariat of the Nordic Youth Council (UNR), the organization for political youth groups in the Nordic countries.
