Point of Value’s mission is to support and serve individual and team development processes and strengthen person and person- organisation value congruence through experience-based learning. We have developed a unique interactive tool for ranking values and a storytelling technique that is the foundation of our work. We continuously explore and develop methodologies and formats in response to our clients’ needs, whether it is senior company boards, the Scout movement, start-up platforms or young students.
