About Polaris Counselling Hub

Polaris Counselling Hub, based in Aberdeen, offers warm, inclusive, and person-centred therapy from a team of experienced professionals. We combine empathy, understanding, and a supportive, neurodivergent-friendly approach to create a safe space for anyone facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Our counselling is tailored to meet each person’s emotional and mental health needs. We believe in working collaboratively, at your pace, to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, we are here to walk alongside you. We also offer a free 30-minute consultation, giving you the opportunity to meet with a counsellor, ask questions, and get a feel for how we work without pressure or obligation. This helps ensure the right fit between you and your counsellor, making your therapy journey as comfortable and effective as possible. At Polaris Counselling Hub, you’ll find a compassionate and inclusive environment where your needs are at the centre of everything we do. Whether in-person or online, we are here to support you in navigating life’s challenges and discovering your own path forward.
