With our support people can age well and actively in their own home. Polish Community Care Services inc (originally Polish Care Services ) was a part of Polish Community Council of Victoria. From December 2015 is public benevolent organisation providing community-based care and support services to older Polish – Australians and their carers. Our Purposes Purposes to positively influence the lives of people we support by assisting them to live the best possible life at home, with independence and dignity.
