About POLYASTRA

Polyastra LLP | Precision-Engineered Plastics for the Future of Self-Service Where high-stakes engineering meets flawless execution. In the world of self-service kiosks and biometric security, a fraction of a millimeter is the difference between a successful transaction and a field failure. At Polyastra LLP, we don’t just manufacture plastic parts; we engineer the critical interfaces that define the modern user experience. The "Vetted" Standard We are proud to be a Tier-1 component partner for global leaders like Embross Systems, providing mission-critical hardware for CLEAR kiosks. When the world’s most recognized biometric platforms require durability, precision, and aesthetic excellence in high-traffic aviation environments, they turn to Polyastra. Our Core Competencies We specialize in the complex, "difficult-to-mold" components that house the brains of a kiosk: •Biometric Camera Cones: Engineered for zero light-bleed to ensure 100% sensor accuracy. •High-Diffusion Light Guides: Achieving perfect luminosity and status-signaling clarity. •Structural Shrouds & Enclosures: Combining industrial-grade durability with a premium finish. •Passport Reader Brackets: Precision-molded for secure, ruggedized document scanning. The Polyastra Edge: Moldflow-First Engineering We eliminate "trial and error" from the supply chain. By utilizing advanced Moldflow Analysis, we identify potential warpage, sink marks, and weld lines before a single tool is cut. This proactive approach ensures: •Reduced Speed-to-Market: Getting your kiosk from CAD to the terminal faster. •Cost Mitigation: Significant savings on re-tooling and engineering changes. •Field Robustness: Parts designed to survive the "war zone" of public retail and airport environments. Let’s Build the 2026 Enclosure Together. www.polyastra.com
