Poole Grammar School jobs and careers

About Poole Grammar School

Poole Grammar is a secondary-maintained all boys grammar school based on Gravel Hill, on the northern edge of the busy town of Poole and within easy reach of the beautiful Poole Harbour, Jurassic Coast and the New Forest. We offer excellent opportunities for our students with a team of dedicated and specialist teaching and support staff, superb facilities including the recently built Sports Hall complex, and a bustling Sixth Form that accepts students from all schools, not just Poole Grammar. We are led by headteacher Mrs Katie Etheridge who, together with our Senior Leadership Team, ensures that all students and staff are encouraged to uphold our four key values: Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Wisdom. We are proud to be a leading employer in the local area, and all staff have access to a wide range of benefits, including use of our new gym and fitness centre, a ride-to-work scheme, Blue Light discount card and much more.
