About Poppy Counseling

Poppy Counseling was founded in 2025 by Meredith Moderi and Bailey Hill, two Dallas natives with a shared commitment to fostering healing, resilience, and personal growth. Drawing from their experience in schools, non-profits and private practice Meredith and Bailey offer a deep understanding of the challenges faced across all stages of development. Their own therapy journeys have shaped their compassionate approach, allowing them to connect with clients on a personal level and provide a space for self-compassion, empowerment, and transformation.  At Poppy Counseling, we believe in the power of serving individuals at every stage of life, recognizing that our growth is deeply connected to the growth of those around us. As we live and love in community, we are dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges with services tailored to their unique needs. Our goal is to create a warm, inclusive environment where everyone can find strength, gain insight, and move toward healing.
