PWA believes in big dreams and good careers for all high school students. We see meaningful access to career development as a matter of social and economic justice. PWA builds enduring partnerships between local businesses and Portland-area high schools. By providing students with real-life work experiences and career-learning opportunities, we enrich their academic knowledge, inspire them to graduate and help them make informed choices after high school and college.
