Positive Outcomes Childcare, established in 2012, is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, therapy-led care for children. As an Ofsted Multi-Outstanding provider, we pride ourselves on placing our staff at the heart of our organization. By ensuring our team has the necessary time, tools, and training to excel, we've consistently achieved Positive Outcomes for both staff and children. Positive Outcomes Childcare Limited (POCL) is designed to support children from age 8 to adulthood, with a focus on development and continued support of young people throughout their journey to full independence. We specialise in care of young people who may have social, behavioral & emotional difficulties through neglect or trauma, and have developed a series of programs designed to mentor and assist the young person delivered by our experienced team and assessment centre.
