About Positive Psychology Centres

To contribute to positive change, growth and wellbeing in our community. That’s our vision. With premises in Oakleigh, Frankston and Mornington, the Positive Psychology team is recognised by over 2,000 GPs and specialists in Melbourne. Thanks to our years of experience and highly specialised skills, we’re able to help all kinds of people – and treat all types of mental health issues. From depression and anxiety to trauma and loss, our psychologists draw from a range of psychological approaches to treat whatever challenges you may be facing. We also provide home visits, group therapy, online consultations and after-hour appointments on request. And if you need a written report, expert witness or support for a claim, we help with those too. Positive Psychology is also renowned for our regular workshops and lectures, which keep other psychologists up-to-date on industry changes, trends and best practices as they unfold. With our warm, inclusive environment and extensive expertise, we look forward to caring for you. So call us on 1300 995 636 today.
