About Positive Strategy LLC

Our purpose is to ignite a new, creative, and aligned energy in ambitious organizations, so they fulfill the positive impact they envision. Boards and CEOs tell us that their biggest challenges today are stimulating new thinking that addresses and even leverages today’s turbulent market forces and then integrates these new strategies into the business. This alignment gap is holding back their organizations from operationalizing this change and realizing the benefits. We started Positive Strategy to bring outside perspective and a collaborative, creative and strategic process that helps leadership teams think differently, gain alignment and develop the detailed integrated business strategies to deliver on new ambitions. We help uncover new, fresh ideas that build on the past, open adjacencies not contemplated and/or open entirely new directions to grow the organization’s impact. Our process and people, including industry luminaries and/or visionary creative thinkers, will stimulate our collective imagination so that we may co-create big ideas with actionable plans. We believe that an inspiring and relevant Vision and Purpose are important and valuable today. But words aren’t enough. Successfully delivering on these new promises are critical for all stakeholders. That’s positive impact. If your organization needs help or you’d like to join our network of strategists, please reach out. Let’s work together to drive positive impact.
