About Powder Coating Specialists

Welcome to Powder Coating Specialists. We are a full service custom powder coating shop located in Brookfield, IL - just 13 miles west of Chicago. Our shop is 4,500 square feet offering powder coating, sandblasting, welding, milling, light machining and disassembly and reassembly. Our customers are both businesses and individuals looking for quality services at a fair price with quick turnaround. Powder coating is preferred because it's safe for the environment, more durable than liquid paint, efficient and has an attractive appearance and finish. Customers prefer powder coated products because they are more resistant to scratches, chemicals, corrosion, color fading and weather conditions. In addition, there is an unlimited range of colors, finishes, glosses and textures to choose.
