The Company operates as an engineering and construction company, which provides erection, testing and commissioning (ETC), civil and operation and maintenance services for power projects. It operates through three segments: Erection, Civil and Operations, & Maintenance. Its services for thermal (coal and oil) gas, combined cycle and hydro plants include ETC of boiler, turbine, generator and auxiliaries; balance of plant (BOP); fabrication of power house, bunkers and BOP structures; annual operation and maintenance, and shutdown maintenance and overhauling. It offers ETC of structures, piping, tanks and industrial drives and auxiliaries to steel, cement and petro chemical industries. The Company under civil and architectural category offers services, such as excavation, foundation concrete and slip form works. Its special services include reengineering, manufacture and repair of spares, and fabrication of heavy structures and vessels.

Founded in 1999 by Nagineni Bhupesh Chowdary, Persis Hanna Sam and Sajja Kishore Babu.
