About Powered By Health Initiative (PBHI)

Powered By Health Initiative (PBHI) is a Pan-African public health organization working at the intersection of policy, practice, and community. We believe that strong health systems are the foundation of everything - economic development, gender equality, education, and human dignity. Our work is to help build those systems, and to ensure that the communities most often overlooked are at the center of that work. What we do: → Community Health Programmes - co-designed with communities, not imposed on them → Health Systems Strengthening & Digital Health - from governance reform to electronic health records and supply-chain optimization → Training & Capacity Building - fellowships, boot camps, and learning programmes that build leaders who lead change from within Who we work with: Governments, health facilities, donors, corporate partners, NGOs, and communities across Africa. Our flagship 2026 programme: Gender-Responsive Leadership & Health Systems Transformation - a Pan-African leadership experience equipping early- and mid-career women in health with the competencies, networks, and confidence to lead. We don't just design solutions. We walk with you. 📩 Partner with us: [email protected] 🌍 Learn more: www.poweredbyhealthinitiative.com
