About Powerful Leaders of Trade and Tourism

Connecting leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives and communities through trade, tourism, culture and shared impact, Powerful Leaders of Trade and Tourism (PLOTT™) is a global movement helping Caribbean and diaspora leaders think and trade beyond our shores and seas. Co-founded by Gillian Wall and Randy Danglade, PLOTT™ brings together women and allied leaders across sectors to open new markets, catalyse investment and deepen collaboration between the Caribbean, the Americas and the wider world. Through curated networks, trade and tourism initiatives, and thought‑leadership platforms, we create spaces where ideas, capital and culture can move more freely in service of inclusive, sustainable development. One of our signature initiatives, TTBOSS™ – Think and Trade Beyond Our Shores and Seas – calls leaders to lift their gaze from purely domestic concerns to regional and global opportunity. Through The IBB Global Group, which serves as IP steward and brand architect for the PLOTT™ family of brands, the platform and ecosystem now include PLOTT Online™ (USA), PLOTTalogue™ and the PLOTT Global™ Movement, all aligned around leadership, economic transformation and shared impact.
