About pqX GmbH

We are pqX - a boutique advisory, consulting, and investment firm focused on #Pricing and #Go-To-Market strategies for #Software businesses. We consider ourselves the leading experts when it comes to the monetization of software products. For our clients, we provide an unusual set-up, yielding more focus, better results and clearer ROI. 🔹 We fully focus on software pricing - this is all we do. Doubling down on one specific function and industry means that we are likely one of the best at it. 🔹 We are not looking to scale or grow. Why this is important: This means that we fully focus on our engagements. Every client matters to us – they are never just another number. 🔹 We do not employ Juniors. Actually, not even mid-level consultants. We only have VP-level staff, maximizing ROI for our clients (while a Junior consultant may be only a third of the salary of a VP, a Junior will also only deliver 1/10 of the output/value). 🔹 Thanks to this structure, we can offer all sorts of engagement models: Rather classical project set-ups; long-term but low-capacity sparring formats; workshop-based sprints; you name it: The format shall serve the client, not the service provider. 🔹 As our overhead costs are below 1% of revenues, we can offer more flexible compensation models: Variable payments; VSOPs, equity; again, you name it. We firmly believe in “skin in the game”. Our goal: maximum impact, minimum friction. If you are looking to: ☑︎ renew/optimize your price model ☑︎ improve your commercial packaging ☑︎ accelerate existing customer monetization ☑︎ migrate your customers to a SaaS-Model ☑︎ investigate the pricing potential of your software business ☑︎ engage a senior pricing advisor ☑︎ outsource pricing (“as a function”) Feel free to get in touch. #pricing #software #consulting #privateequity
