The company was originally founded as a specialist Road Traffic Accident Company and has over the years consolidated this expertise and experience into all areas of personal injury law. We have jointly sponsored with Headway the Serious Injury Guide published by Brake, the road safety charity and this Guide along with the Bereavement Guide, also published by Brake and jointly sponsored by P R Hanna and the PSNI, provides valuable information to victims and their families who have suffered a fatal or serious injury in Northern Ireland as a result of a road collision. The Company has expanded rapidly so that in addition to its core business within the Personal Injury Sector there is now established a dedicated specialised Team that handles catastrophic personal injury claims. It has a well-deserved reputation for providing clients with outstanding service, combined with proven experience and technical expertise. The Unit is headed up by Partner and Head of Litigation, Mark Hatt. The Company takes great pride in its relationship with the Charity, Aspire and in particular the sponsorship of Gabriel Mallon, Independent Living Adviser based at Musgrave Park Hospital, Belfast.
