Established in 2003, The Prado Group develops, invests and manages residential, retail and mixed-use properties with a primary focus on in-fill, supply-constrained, “high-barrier-to-entry” locations within the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The company’s goal is to enhance the properties that it acquires while creating high-quality environments for people to live, work, shop and relax.
