We know what leading and working in an organisation is about, because our coaches have held senior positions themselves. Their interational background equips them to work across continents and cultures, as well in their own back yards. So we can deliver global programmes as well as work with the business next door. All Praesta coaches in our Paris team, have multicultural background and international careers (speaking French, English, German, Spanish...), all having lived in several countries (UK, Germany, Turkey, South Africa, US, North Africa). All enjoying a career of at least 20 years in business in Managerial functions and senior management (CEO, COO, Member of Executive Committees ). They commit themselves to respect the common code of ethics from the 3 major coach associations (EMCC, ICF, SF Coach). Some are involved in the boards of these organizations as volunteers in the service of the entire profession. All Praesta coaches are involved with some "Grandes Ecoles"​ (ESSEC, EDHEC, Insead ...) and Universities.
