Prana Play is a heart-centered sanctuary where neurodiverse families are celebrated, supported, and empowered. Families raising neurodiverse children often face overwhelming challenges— navigating complex systems, managing societal stigma, and balancing the diverse needs of their family while struggling to find moments to recharge. Too often, they feel unseen and exhausted in spaces that aren’t designed for them as most places are not sensitive to sensory needs. The reality is staggering, families with autistic children spend an average of 15-20+hours per week either traveling to or participating in therapy. Research shows that the cortisol levels of an autistic parent mirror those of military personnel in active combat.
