About Precise Medication Research Pvt. Ltd.

Precise Medication Research Pvt. Ltd. is building a next-generation recovery monitoring system that extends clinical care beyond hospital discharge. Today, post-surgery and post-chemotherapy recovery remains largely unmonitored. Patients return home, but hospitals lose visibility into their condition — creating risks of delayed intervention, complications, and poor outcomes. We address this gap through a medication-triggered, closed-loop recovery platform that connects patients, devices, and hospitals in real time. Our system integrates: • Smart medication hardware that captures physiological signals during medicine intake • Patient mobile app for symptom tracking and recovery insights • Cloud platform for secure data processing and integration • Hospital dashboard for real-time monitoring, alerts, and early intervention By linking medicine, vitals, and symptoms, we enable continuous clinical visibility beyond hospital walls. Our mission is to build the missing layer between hospital care and home recovery — improving patient outcomes while enabling hospitals to deliver smarter, data-driven care. We are currently focused on post-surgery and oncology recovery, with future expansion into chronic care, elderly monitoring, and remote patient management.
