About Precision Rail Australia Pty Ltd

Precision Rail Australia specialises in the design and delivery of track solutions to the Australian rail infrastructure market. We believe that the design of Australian railways is an art, an art which has developed since the first NSW track was constructed in 1849. The climate, topography and geographic spread of this great land has fostered an environment of engineering ingenuity, innovation and excellence. This classic environment is what Precision Rail grows from. The track design solutions we develop will not only meet your needs for design delivery and construction, they will continue to facilitate ongoing maintenance activities. We consider tamping requirements in our designs such as tie-ins to fixed infrastructure, the availability of survey control and the output of design files directly to tamping and survey equipment. Precision Rail can also manage the quotation process for turnouts and special trackwork; no matter what the junction, no matter what the configuration we can provide a solution.
