About Predapp

Predapp is a research laboratory and sovereign AI platform advancing machine reasoning for governments and enterprises. We build and deploy production AI infrastructure — inference, training, and fine-tuning — entirely within our clients' environments. From serverless APIs to fully air-gapped deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and regional cloud providers, our platform delivers the capabilities of hyperscaler AI without sacrificing data sovereignty or vendor independence. Our strategic advisory practice helps nation-states and global enterprises navigate the shift from experimental AI to mission-critical reasoning systems — building the internal infrastructure, domain expertise, and organizational capabilities to convert AI pilots into production systems with measurable ROI. We believe AI must move beyond prediction to reasoning. Systems that explain why, not just predict what, are essential for high-stakes decisions in energy, manufacturing, logistics, and government. Our research in causal inference and world models is dedicated to making AI transparent, auditable, and grounded in domain understanding.
