Our company is looking for a detail-oriented professional who is licensed to sell real estate in various areas of our service territory. You will be responsible for selling recreational, agricultural, residential, or commercial properties, performing market and property analysis, and negotiating purchase prices. Responsibilities include: List land, homes, or commercial properties for sale. Develop price estimates based on condition and market value. Attend open houses, accommodate property showings, and promote properties on the market. Be honest and fair with customers and provide them with a realistic picture of market conditions and expectations. Maintain good records of all transactions per State Statutes and Company Policy. Negotiate contracts with customers/clients and real estate agents. Handle daily phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from buyers and sellers.
