It introduces a standardised, documented patient-facing step before consultation, helping reduce reliance on variable practitioner explanation and inconsistent front-end handling. Patients complete PREPÆRE™ before consultation, in their own time. Clinics can embed it into existing booking or reminder communications with minimal operational lift. The focus is simple: expectations, motivations, procedure limitations, patient education, and other claim-relevant issues addressed in a structured way before treatment decisions are made. When disputes arise, that creates a clearer basis for showing that these issues were built into the consultation pathway, rather than left to ad hoc practice.
