Our approach recognizes the whole person, mind and body. We specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship issues. We provide individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, family therapy, art therapy, and mindful meditation. Gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors through a supportive and non-judgmental process. Develop tools to cultivate greater joy, peace, acceptance, and stability in your life. Children and adolescents are given the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings verbally and non-verbally through play, drawing, writing, painting, and sculpture. Families are welcome to participate in sessions with their children to address emotional and behavioral issues, and to strengthen family relationships.
