We are entrepreneurs turned investors, focused on selective lower middle-market opportunities. We partner with founders and families to preserve what they’ve built while accelerating growth through hands-on involvement, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation. Founded by Joe Francisco and Jamie Beuthin, our journey began as operators; we launched and scaled Medelita, a premium healthcare apparel brand, from startup through a successful exit to private equity. That experience shaped our approach: disciplined, hands-on, and deeply respectful of the legacy that founders and families have built. We know what it takes to start, grow, and transition a business because we’ve done it ourselves. That perspective guides how we evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and support leadership teams after close. We are not passive investors; we partner closely with management, providing resources, insights, and operational expertise to unlock growth and strengthen performance. Investment Focus We target consumer and brand-driven businesses with revenues typically under $20 million, with a preference for founder, family, and entrepreneur-owned companies. By selecting only a handful of opportunities each year, we can dedicate our full attention and resources to each partnership.
