We focus on providing consultation that is effective throughout the life of a project, from feasibility to implementation. Our mission: MAKE PRESERVATION SMARTER We work in a multidisciplinary context to gather, analyze, and present the information needed to effectively inform policy, planning, and design decisions that affect historic properties. MAKE PRESERVATION EASIER We apply information and experience to help clients identify challenges and opportunities, manage risk, and navigate processes associated with preservation projects. MAKE PRESERVATION BETTER We develop and implement strategies and tools that improve both process and outcome and address the unique needs of each client, property, and project. MAKE PRESERVATION WORK We leverage the preservation of a property's unique character to add value and distinction to a project. PRESERVE/scapes is certified as a Small and Local Business Enterprise in DC (SBE and LBE) and a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
