About Prével

Since Prével’s very first construction in the late 1970s, we have built over 11,000 units and proudly contributed to the growth of Quebec’s real estate. Today, as an industry leader, it is an honour to help extend the province’s new construction market by taking an innovative approach to living spaces, mixed usage, common areas, neighbourhood life, and urban living—all while making it easier for new buyers to purchase their first home.as a leader in the industry.
