Pridgen Bassett Law's partners developed this expertise in ERISA Litigation while at Alston + Bird, one of the premier law firms in the country with ERISA Litigation specialists, where they litigated numerous class actions and other complex litigation involving employee pension and welfare benefit claims. They have continued their focus on ERISA since then, including at some of Atlanta's most well-respected firms.
