About Prima Sidera

Prima Sidera is an independent strategic advisory firm focused on Europe’s aerospace, defence, and security sectors. We provide international clients with clear and actionable insight on policies, industrial bases, and critical supply chains, helping investors, advisors, and corporate leaders navigate complex and highly regulated markets. In an environment shaped by geopolitical tensions, evolving European policies, and fragmented industrial structures, organizations face unprecedented challenges in understanding risks and seizing opportunities. Prima Sidera bridges this gap by translating complexity into clarity, enabling decision-makers to act with confidence and foresight. Our work spans strategic and market advisory, due diligence support, and board-level insight. We combine deep institutional and industrial expertise with independence and discretion, delivering intelligence that strengthens transatlantic understanding and supports long-term resilience. Prima Sidera is committed to supporting those who operate in the most strategic domains — from defence and aerospace to emerging critical sectors — with the clarity needed to shape informed decisions in an uncertain world.
