About Prime Group Developers

We founded Prime Group Developers because we were tired of seeing real estate developers who are only willing to risk their investors' funds - not their own. This lack of risk allocation can allow unscrupulous developers to cut sloppy deals and walk away while leaving their clients holding the bag. But at Prime Group Developers, we know how important it is to provide our investors with an equal opportunity to get into the residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial markets. And by footing up to 20 percent of a project's equity ourselves, we're able to build an unparalleled level of trust with our clients - after all, we don't make money until you make money.
