Once a property has been found, we structure negotiations to ensure the client is the preferred bidder and then, once terms are agreed, steer the transaction through to a successful exchange of contracts and completion. Where required, we introduce clients to other specialists, whether that be a lawyer, interior designer, architect, letting agency or another aspect related to the property purchase.
