About Prime Residence

We are a family-owned company, with more than 15 years of experience, dedicated to the development of luxury homes for rent. We have a professional and technical team that works every day to offer you the most complete and efficient service so that your experience with us is of the highest quality. We take care of every detail. Our homes are Prime Residence. Most of our luxury rental apartments are fully equipped, furnished and have services (concierge, cleaning, utilities included, 24/7 phone service, etc.) so you don’t have to worry about anything when you arrive in Madrid. In addition, our team will personally attend to all the queries that may arise when you change your place of residence (transportation, telephone numbers of interest, restaurant offers, leisure or culture, etc.).
