PTPL is a closely held organisation and formed about 29 years ago intending to develop, manufacture Steam Boilers & Thermic Fluid Heaters for Process Industries like Dairies, Textiles, Animal Feed Plants, Breweries, Rice Mills, Chemical Plants, Solvent Extraction Plants etc So far PRIME has manufactured about 1500 such units of Steam Boilers upto a generation capacity of 15 TPH & Thermic Fluid Heaters upto 40 Lakh Kcal/hr on various mode of firing like Coal, Wood, Agrowaste, Briquette, Rice Husk, Oil and Natural Gas and exported to countries like Bangladesh, SriLanka, Nepal, Mozambique, Tanzania etc . PRIME manufacturing facilities with shop testing and IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) Statutory inspection takes place at its workshop in Sai Shivalik Industrial Complex, Jagganathpur, Hooghly, West Bengal, near Kolkata, India and backed up by a strict quality control regime we have been manufacturing pressure parts from finest grade of Boiler Quality steel and tube elements as per international specification and standards. Since its inception, PRIME has effected many improvements in the technology of Boiler/Thermic Fluid Heater design and also has been offering complete turnkey solutions to clients for system design and plant dynamics.
