About Prime Urban Properties

Marketing experts say your name should describe what you do. Our name is exactly what we do and who we are. Prime Urban Properties is a property management company that specializes in prime, upscale apartments and commercial properties located in urban areas in the Madison, Wisconsin area. If your property management company actually owns the building they manage, then you’ve got the best of all worlds because no one manages a property better than its owners. But it goes further than that. If you’re looking to rent a luxury apartment, here’s two thoughts to consider. First, you want to make certain the property management team is, well, prime; that they’re experienced, know how to maintain their buildings, inside and out. Second, and this is rare, but it’s a key difference maker, if your property management company actually owns the building they manage, then you’ve got the best of all worlds because no one manages a property better than its owners. And that’s prime, too. We manage what we own so you’ll have a better living experience all around.
