About Prime Waterproofing & Roofing

In 1994, Prime Waterproofing & Roofing started with a simple goal, to raise the standard for craftsmanship, safety, and reliability in commercial roofing. What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted partner for property managers, facility managers, and building owners across Southern California. Over the past 30 years, we’ve earned that trust one project at a time, by showing up, communicating clearly, and delivering work that lasts. Our team specializes in TPO, PVC, roof coatings, leak detection, and repairs, and emergency service. We also provide preventative maintenance programs designed to extend roof life and reduce long-term costs. Beyond roofing, we deliver comprehensive waterproofing solutions, from below-grade and balcony and deck systems, expansion joint sealing, wall coatings, and sealant replacement. We also support tenant improvement projects, capital upgrades, and new construction with precision and accountability. Every project we take on is guided by the same mindset: do it right, keep it safe, and stand behind the result. At Prime, we don’t just install roofs, we protect investments, strengthen relationships, and take pride in every square foot we touch.
