About Primer & Scout, LLC

Primer & Scout, LLC helps build communities and livelihoods by enabling in-demand business owners to delegate part of their workday to a trusted professional partner, thus freeing up entrepreneurial focus, innovation, and calling. Detail-oriented collaboration transforms visionary ideas into reality! We define and refine systems that will boost the bottom line. Find the missing pieces, create a workable plan, and then make space to execute it effectively and efficiently! This strategic-yet-creative delegation to a seasoned (and espresso-fueled) professional allows solopreneurs, small business owners, and emerging CEOs to unlock their vision and drive while reclaiming time and priorities for their most important people, work, and causes. After nearly 20 years in financial services—first in retail banking and then alongside the financial consultants at Everence Financial—Elisabeth formed Primer & Scout, LLC in 2021 to use her strategic thinking, artistic creativity, and administrative gifts while assisting others with their business essentials. Her experience on the front lines of customer service, administrative leadership, process development, and personnel training have honed her natural bent toward business administration, standardized operations, and first-class customer service. Primer & Scout, LLC is based in vibrant south-central Pennsylvania and works with small businesses across the United States through the miracles of the digital age.
