About Primuncak Group

Founded in 2006, Primuncak Development is a boutique property developer based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Over the years, we have been steadily involved in residential development, delivering a range of landed homes, including single-story terrace houses and bungalows tailored to the local market. As a niche developer, we focus on building practical, comfortable homes that serve the everyday needs of families and individuals. Our approach is grounded in responsible planning, cost-conscious design, and timely delivery, which always aims to offer value within reach. We believe in growing sustainably and staying close to the communities we serve, with each project reflecting a thoughtful balance between affordability and functionality. Our Core Values 🔹 Honesty & Integrity We approach our work with sincerity, transparency, and professionalism. Building trust is more important to us than making bold claims. 🔹 Continuous Improvement We strive to improve steadily in what we do, from how we plan and build to how we support homeowners after handover. 🔹 Customer-Centric We listen to our customers and aim to respond with care and accountability. Our goal is to deliver a positive and straightforward experience, from the moment of inquiry to property handover.
