About Priory Care Services Ltd

Priory Care Services is a fast growing organisation operating in South Croydon and Croydon areas. With Priory Care Services their expertise and knowledge sets them apart from any other agencies. From the moment you contact them, the friendly trained staff will listen carefully and answer any queries you may have. They will give you an understanding of your homecare options and inform you of the unique care and support programmes that they design specifically for you. Once you have decided that Priory Care Services is the correct choice for you, they will visit you to discuss your needs further. A comprehensive assessment can take place in your home, at the hospital or within an evening care/nursing home environment. Following this, they offer a bespoke client/care worker compatibility programme finding you the perfect care worker companion. Once this is established your support programme begins giving you peace of mind; for you and your family. Priory Care Services is committed to providing a high-quality service. During your time with them you will have regular telephone contact, regular reviews and continuous support. They believe communication is the key to providing a good service. In addition to this, annual questionnaires are sent to you as your opinion matters. They believe that quality can only be achieved on continuous improvement through self-critical assessment by those in the best position to judge. The results of the quality assurance activity is collated and then fed back into the next year’s business plan.
